Ms. Diana Hachicho

Ms. Diana Hachicho is a Psychologist at Medcare Medical Centre. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the American University of Beirut and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from the Haigazian University, both in Lebanon. Additionally, she has completed certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) from the BrainStation Centre for Psychotherapy, accredited by the BECK Institute. 

She participated in the Harvard Model United Nations (HMUN) conference and has undergone extensive specialised training in mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, couples therapy, and psychopharmacology for psychologists. 

Ms. Hachicho began her career as a Counsellor Intern at Makhzoumi Foundation, Beirut, where she gained initial experience in counselling and community mental health support. Later, she worked at Nawfal Clinics in Lebanon as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. This laid the foundation for her transition to Camali Clinic in Dubai, where she expanded her practice to an international client base. Over the course of her career, she has successfully built her practice by conducting challenging sessions with a diverse clientele from various cultural backgrounds, including the GCC, the Middle East-Levant, the MENA region, the USA, and Canada.

Ms. Hachicho is adept at treating mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), depression, anxiety, personality disorders and stress-related issues.  She is highly experienced in addressing relationship problems and navigating complex clinical presentations, including severe depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, and borderline personality disorder.

She believes that mental health is as important as physical health and is actively involved in workshops and public speaking on stress management, relationship misconceptions, and psychological first aid. She speaks Arabic and English.
