Dr. Mohamed Zakaria Ali Eissa

Dr. Mohamed Zakaria Ali Eissa is an experienced Dermatologist at Medcare Hospital, Sharjah. He completed his MBBS at Menoufia University and his MD in Dermatology, Andrology, and STDs at the Faculty of Medicine, Menoufia University, Egypt. He has obtained a Cosmetic Dermatological Surgery Course from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, UK and an Aesthetic Medicine Course from Cairo university, Egypt.

Dr. Eissa has worked across Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Just after completing his graduation, he began working at the Menoufia University Hospitals in Menoufia, Egypt. Further, upon completing his specialisation, he joined Mowad Cosmetic Skin Institute (MSI) in Cairo, Egypt. Soon, he decided to move to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he joined Al-Zahra General Hospital in Qatif, followed by a longer stint at KIMS Polyclinic in Jubail. Later, he returned to Egypt for a brief spell, working as a Dermatologist at his alma mater, the Menoufia University Hospitals in Menoufia, Egypt. Subsequently, he relocated to the UAE. He first worked at the  Eve Medical Centre in Ras Al Khaimah and then at the Zulekha Hospital in Sharjah.

Dr. Eissa's top areas of care are acne, eczema, hair loss, nail fungus, psoriasis, skin cancer, rosacea, a range of dermatologic surgical procedures, such as mole removal and skin biopsies, ultraviolet (UV) light therapy, and cosmetic procedures, such as chemical peels, sclerotherapy and laser therapy. He uses laser treatments for resurfacing, tattoo removal and telangiectasia and chemical peeling for treatment of hyperpigmentation, acne scars and rejuvenation. He treats hair loss with approaches like mesotherapy and PRP, does filler treatments for lips, contouring, and liquid rhinoplasty and provides Botox treatment for face wrinkles and axillary hyperhidrosis. He is proficient in the removal of moles, skin tags, warts and seborrheic keratosis, and the diagnosis and management of chronic conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, and severe acne. He carries out skin cancer screening, including full-body mole mapping and dermoscopy for the early detection of skin malignancies.
