Ms. Pratishtha Savani

Ms. Pratishthaben Savani is a Physiotherapist at Medcare Medical Centre. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.

Ms. Savani worked briefly in India as a Physiotherapist before moving to the UAE. She is experienced in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. In addition to conventional physiotherapy, she is trained in dry needling, dry cupping therapy and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IATSM). She integrates these advanced therapeutic techniques with manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and soft tissue release techniques to effectively address pain, muscle tightness, movement restrictions, and functional limitations. She stays up to date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Her clinical expertise includes the treatment of neck and back pain, sciatica, disc-related disorders, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, golfers' elbow, knee osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, postural dysfunction, and rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgeries. She has handled a wide range of sports injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal rehabilitation and geriatric cases as well.

Ms. Savani has proficiently treated low back pain, dorsalgia, cervicalgia, ACL/PCL/MCL/LCL injuries, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune disorders, repeated strain injuries, frozen shoulder, clubfoot, scoliosis, fractures, dislocations, tendinitis and muscle strains. She manages geriatric conditions as well as gait training.
