Mr. Abdulrahman Aldalati

Mr. Abdulrahman Aldalati is an Occupational Therapist with Medcare Medical Centre. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the Jordan University of Science and Technology, Jordan and a Master’s in Healthcare Management from the American Vision University in California, USA. He holds a professional accreditation certificate under the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities and is currently pursuing a certification in Ayres Sensory Integration.

Mr. Aldalati has spent almost a decade working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE. After his graduation, he started working at the Human Development Centre in Riyadh, receiving early exposure to the effects of personalised care strategies on individuals’ functionality and well-being. He then joined the Czech Rehabilitation Center as an Occupational Therapist and continued working there until he relocated to the UAE. He worked at the Himma Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Center and then the Camali Clinic Child and Adult Mental Health in Dubai as an Occupational Therapist.

 Mr. Aldalati’s areas of expertise are ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, sensory processing disorder, genetic syndrome, sensory integration, neurofunctional therapies, and rehabilitation techniques such as task-specific electrical stimulation, the listening programme, and oral placement therapy level 1. With years of diverse experience, he has developed a speciality in toddler, children, adolescent and adult rehabilitation, emphasising holistic approaches that integrate occupational therapy with emotional and psychological support. He believes that using therapeutic activities as a medium enhances the clients’ life skills and independence.  His significant contributions to the field include developing a sensory integration program for children with autism, which has been widely recognised for its effectiveness in improving sensory processing, academic skills, and social skills. He prioritises the biopsychosocial model to ensure holistic care, addressing the interconnected physical, emotional, and social health aspects.

During his spare time, Mr. Aldalati likes to catch up with his reading. He enjoys playing sports too. He speaks English and Arabic.
