Dr. Mohamad Wahid Daqaq

Dr. Mohamad Wahid Daqaq is a Specialist Surgeon in the Department of Orthopaedics at the Medcare Medical Centre in Sharjah. He obtained his basic education in medicine from Aleppo University in Syria. He followed this with an MSc in Orthopaedics and an MD from Damascus in Syria. He is a member of the Syrian Orthopaedic Association.
Dr. Daqaq spent many years as a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon practising at reputed hospitals across Syria and the UAE in the field of orthopaedic surgery, arthroscopy and arthroplasty. 
His expertise covers joint sports injuries and replacement surgeries, management of spine pain and related problems, joint knee arthroscopy, paediatric fractures, trauma cases and surgeries of the hand and wrist, shoulder, hips and knees. Dr. Daqaq is proficient at pain management with intra-articular injections guided by the US for the treatment of sports injuries and osteoarthritis including stem cells and fat injections.
Dr. Daqaq speaks Arabic and English.
