Dr. Amneh Fayez Fadl

Dr. Amneh Fayez Fadl is a skilled Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology practising at Medcare Hospital & Medical Centre – Sharjah. She completed her basic Doctor of Medicine degree from Tishreen University, Syria. Thereafter, she did her Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is certified by the Syrian Board of Medical Specialities. She is a member of the Syrian Society of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (SSOG), the Syrian Doctors Syndicate (SDS) and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC).

Dr. Fadl has experience working in both public and private healthcare sectors across Syria and the UAE. She commenced her career working with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent and then joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Tishreen University Hospital, a Government Hospital in Latakia, Syria. She then worked for some time as a Gynaecologist at a Private Clinic, at Al Razi Hospital and at Othman Private Hospital, all in Syria. Subsequently, she moved to the UAE to join Burjeel Speciality Hospital, Sharjah as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. 

Dr. Fadl’s expertise covers a broad spectrum of women’s health services, including comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care, management of routine and high-risk pregnancies, labour and delivery (both vaginal and Caesarean), gynaecological surgeries, infertility evaluation and treatment, reproductive health, contraceptive counselling and family planning. Women across all age groups come to her for routine and high-risk pregnancies, a wide range of gynaecological and surgical procedures, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancies, vaginal infections, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) management, sexually transmitted diseases, menstrual disorders and hormonal imbalances and menopause care and hormone replacement therapy. She has a strong background in patient education, preventive care, and evidence-based clinical practice. She believes in comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care and does regular cervical cancer screening and colposcopy. She is committed to advancing women’s health through evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.

In her spare time, Dr. Fadl likes to catch up with her reading. She speaks Arabic and English.
