Dr. Dima Bader Aldin

Dr. Dima Bader Aldin is a Specialist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Mirdiff city centre - Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her basic studies in medicine through the Arab Board of Health Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Dubai. She further qualified herself by completing an MSc in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and an M.D in Medicine,  both from the prestigious Damascus University - Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Aldin is a member of the Syrian Medical Association.
Dr. Aldin has spent most of her short career practising in hospitals in Damascus and Dubai. Her forte is diagnosing and treating various female reproductive disorders linked to menstruation, endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, recurrent miscarriages, chronic pelvic pain, including menopause care and management. She has managed all aspects of family planning right from installing and removing the intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD) and prescribing oral contraceptives suitable for the patient's age, health state and lifestyle. She has capably handled vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections including monitoring patients’ pregnancy from prenatal care up to delivery to postnatal care and childbirth and treated infections of the genital tract, hirsutism, and galactorrhoea. She is passionate about the correct diagnosis, evaluation and management of cervical disease through early detection of cervical cancer using pap smear and colposcopy. 
During her leisure hours, Dr. Adin likes swimming, reading, yoga and meditation. She speaks Arabic and English fluently.
