Dr. Malaz Yabrodi

Dr. Malaz Yabrodi is an Internal Medicine Specialist working at Medcare Hospital, Sharjah.  She completed her MBBS from Damascus Medical University, Syria and her MS in Internal Medicine under the Syrian Health Ministry.

Dr. Yabrodi’s career spans more than a decade, working in both Syria and the UAE.  For the majority of her career, she practised at Sharjah Corniche Medical Center, part of the Amina Healthcare Group, where she became the Head of the Internal Medicine Department. She is known for her patient-centred care with a focus on prevention and long-term health.

Dr. Yabrodi is experienced in managing chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidaemia, as well as gastrointestinal, endocrine, and infectious disorders. She expertly treats obesity and metabolic syndrome, thyroid Disorders (Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism), gastrointestinal disorders (GERD, Gastritis, IBS), infectious diseases (viral and bacterial), respiratory infections (pneumonia, bronchitis, asthma), anaemia and haematological disorders. She also manages cardiovascular risks, early stage of chronic kidney disease and conducts preventive Health & Annual checkups. 

She speaks Arabic and English.
