Dr. Yasmin Heshla

Dr. Yasmin Heshla is a Specialist in the Internal Medicine Department at the Mirdif Uptown branch of Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBS and then her Master's degree in Internal Medicine from Alexandria University in Egypt.                      

After completing her education, Dr. Heshla worked for almost a decade in different governmental and private hospitals in Egypt. She then moved to the UAE and started working with Al-Futtaim Healthcare in Dubai. As a Specialist in Internal Medicine, she believes in delivering care with evidence-based medicine. She follows the latest guidelines and updates in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions related to her speciality.

She has successfully treated patients with type 2 Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, lipid disorders, thyroid disorders, asthma and COPD, upper and lower respiratory infections, 

gastrointestinal and non-surgical biliary disorders and common musculoskeletal disorders. She is proficient in diagnosing fever of unknown origin and treating common urinary tract disorders and infections. 

During her leisure hours, she likes swimming and walking. She speaks Arabic and English.
