Dr. Maria Haring

Dr. Maria Haring is a Specialist in Internal Medicine at Medcare Medical Centre. She obtained her MBBS from the Medical University of Graz, Austria, an MD Specialising in Internal Medicine and a Diploma for Emergency Medicine from Vienna. She is a member of the Austrian Society for Internal Medicine (OEGIM), the German Society for Internal Medicine (DGIM) and the European Society for Cardiology (ESC).

Dr. Haring commenced her career with a stint in Surgery at LKH Südsteiermark in Styria, Austria, then in Psychiatry at LKH Graz South West I and in Urology at LKH Hochsteiermark I. Subsequently, she embarked on her Residency Training in Internal Medicine at LKH Südsteiermark in Bad RadkersburgI and another one at LKH Murtal Knittelfeld, both in Austria. She then joined a private clinic in Graz as an Internal Medicine Specialist, followed by a similar position at the well-known LKH Südsteiermark in Wagna, Austria.

As a Specialist in Internal Medicine and an Emergency doctor with over a decade of experience, Dr. Haring manages chronic diseases, preventive care, intensive care, and heart failure, among other conditions. She is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. She deals with complex medical conditions regularly, treating hypertension, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, coronary artery disease, asthma, COPD, acute and chronic infections, anaemia, heart failure, fatigue, renal insufficiency, electrolyte disorders, iron and vitamin deficiencies, obesity, acute viral and bacterial infections, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrythmia, allergic reactions, and various infective diseases. 

When she can find the time in her busy schedule, she enjoys Horse Riding, reading, ballet, and keeping up with the latest fashion trends. She speaks English and German.
