Dr. Sura Alwan is an Consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Dubai with an MDChB degree from Iraq, an MD from Jordan, and has also completed parts 1 and 2 to qualify as a member of the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecology, UK. Dr. Alwan has gained rich work experience and held posts at a number of hospitals, including the Baghdad Teaching Hospital, the University Teaching Hospital in Jordan, the Speciality Hospital in Jordan, Istishari Hospital, Jordan and Thumbay Hospital in Dubai. She is a member of the Iraqi Medical Association, the Jordanian Medical Association and the DHA.
Dr. Sura Alwan is an expert at treating a variety of obstetrics and gynaecological needs, including infertility treatment, infection screening and treatment, antenatal and postnatal pregnancy care and PCOS management.
