Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics (DGO) from Armed Forces Medical College, India, and a Diploma in Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery from The International Center for Endoscopic Surgery (CICE), France. She is a member of the Emirates Medical Association, the Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) and the Indian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ICOG)

Dr. Srinivasan has an impressive record of being in her chosen field for more than 30 years. This much respected Specialist started her career as an Assistant Surgeon Obgyn at the Government Maternity Hospital in Pondicherry, India. Having garnered invaluable experience she moved to Apollo Hospital as a Senior Resident Obgyn and did a short stint as an Assistant Professor Obgyn at Sri Ramchandra Hospital And Trust, both in Chennai. She then moved to Mumbai where she spent many years as an Assistant Consultant Obgyn and then worked as a Clinical Assistant Obgyn at the renowned Breach Candy Hospital. Before joining Medcare, she worked as a Specialist Obstetrics & Gynaecology in Zulekha Hospital Dubai for 13 years

Dr. Srinivasan’s areas of specialization are abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies, gynaecological oncosurgeries, laparoscopic and hysteroscopy surgeries, normal and instrumental deliveries, Caesarean sections and colposcopy. She is an expert in the management of high-risk pregnancies and deliveries, diagnosis and management of gynaecological conditions, laparoscopic management of ectopic pregnancy, laparoscopic myomectomy, cystectomy and hysterectomy. During the course of her long and distinguished career, she has treated patients with abnormal placenta and severe APH & PPH, fibroids and ovarian cysts, menstrual bleeding disorders, cervical, ovarian and uterine malignancy, abnormal pregnancies like molar, ectopic and Caesarean scar pregnancy, endometriosis and adenomyosis, cervical erosion and dysplasia, endometrial polyps and septums and vaginal infections. She is proficient at managing twin and triplet pregnancies, threatened abortions and miscarriages and contraception care.
