Dr. Heidy Wagdy Labib Abdallah

Dr. Heidy Wagdy Labib Abdallah is a General Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in the field. She is currently attached to the Al Furjan branch of Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBCh from Egypt and further qualified herself with a Professional Diploma in Paediatrics from the Royal College of Ireland.

Dr. Abdallah has worked across Kuwait, Egypt and the UAE. She commenced her career as a General Practitioner in Primary Health Care under the Kuwait Ministry of Health. She worked here for many years, garnering experience in managing all types of patients with a variety of conditions. She then moved to Cairo, Egypt where she worked for a decade as an Inpatient and Emergency Physician in the Paediatric Department at Salam Hospital.  

Her main area of expertise revolves around paediatric health and development. She proficiently manages common childhood illnesses and infections and assesses their physical, mental and behavioural development. She diagnoses and manages common acute and chronic conditions for adults and geriatric patients, effortlessly. 

Dr. Abdallah speaks Arabic, English and French fluently.
