Dr. Sharjeel Shaikh

Dr. Sharjeel Shaikh is a Specialist Otolaryngologist at Medcare Medical Centre. He completed his MBBS from NDMVPS Medical College and his Master’s degree in ENT from Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College, both in India.

Dr. Shaikh began his career as a Registrar at B.Y.L. Nair Ch. Hospital & T.N. Medical College in Mumbai. Later, he served as a Clinical Associate and Consultant Surgeon at Aayush Hospital, Lilavati Hospital, Holy Family Hospital, Life Care Hospital and Prince Aly Khan Hospital in Mumbai, India, gaining extensive surgical and clinical experience. Subsequently, he moved to the UAE, where he joined the Aster Medical Centre as a Specialist Otolaryngologist. He also worked briefly at the Emirates Speciality Hospital and Prime Medical Centre in a similar capacity before joining Medcare.

Dr. Shaikh combines medical management with surgical expertise, diagnosing patients with ear, nose, throat, head and neck problems, and using modern surgical techniques. He has successfully performed middle ear surgeries, stapedectomies, tympanoplasties, mastoidectomies, tonsillo-adenoidectomies, endoscopic surgeries and Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgeries (FESS). He also does all routine ENT procedures. He is known for his professionalism, compassionate care and clear communication.

He speaks English, Hindi, Marathi and Urdu.
