Dr. Baraa Saleh

Dr. Baraa Saleh is a Specialist in Dermatology and Venereology at Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBS from Mutah University in Jordan. She also studied Aesthetic Medicine in Botox, Fillers Injection, and Sclerotherapy and received her Aesthetic medicine credentials from Medilogin Düsseldorf. She is certified by the German Board of Dermatology and Venereology. 

Dr. Saleh commenced her career as a Resident in Internal Medicine at St.Nikolaus Stifhospital, Andernach in Germany and then as a Resident in Dermatology and Venereology at the Dermatological Private Clinic of Dr.(H) Katalin Winkler- Gyulay, Dr. Möller und Dr. Dexling, Unna-Germany. She also completed a Residency in Dermatology and Venereology at the Katharinen Hospital Unna, Germany. She first did a Residency in Dermatology and Venereology at the Ward Academic Hospital Luedenscheid, Germany and later worked as a Specialist at the same hospital. For a short period, she worked at a private Clinic - Dr.Kingreen in Germany  as a Specialist Dermatologist before moving to the UAE in a similar capacity with the Saudi German Hospital in Ajman.

Dr. Saleh’s expertise covers the entire range of conditions covered under General Dermatology and Venereology. She is proficient in treating specific chronic skin diseases like Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, fungal infections, nail and hair diseases, viral skin diseases like warts, herpes, hyperpigmentation, acne and scar management. She performs skin cancer screening and mapping and treats skin cancer. Her special interests include paediatric dermatology and aesthetic procedures like Botox therapy injections, Filler injections, Mesotherapy and Protein Rich Plasma Treatment (PRP). She has rich experience in ablative and vascular laser therapy and specific knowledge in treatment with biologics and immunotherapy. 

She speaks Arabic, English and German. During her leisure hours, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
