Dr. Rose Taha

Dr. Rose Taha is a Specialist in Dermatology at Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBS from the University of Lattakia, Syria and then specialised in Dermatology under the Syrian Board at the Syrian Commission for Medical Specialities, Syria. She is a member of the Syrian Society of Dermatology.

Dr. Taha commenced her career as a General Practitioner at the Syrian Hospital in Lattakia, Syria. After completing her Specialisation in Dermatology, she worked as a Dermatologist at the National Hospital in Lattakia, Syria. Later, she did a stint at a private Dermatology practice, garnering rich experience and becoming a Dermatology & Cosmetology Specialist at the Syrian Hospital in Lattakia. Subsequently, she relocated to the UAE, where she joined Klinika By Magic Style in Dubai, as a Dermatologist.

Dr. Taha’s expertise ranges from general and cosmetic dermatology to the diagnosis and management of skin conditions, skin biopsies, scar management and skin rejuvenation. Her treatment plans include the latest techniques like Botox, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, skin boosters, PRP, microneedling and mesotherapy.  She uses laser and Energy-Based Treatments (EBT) for hair removal, tattoo removal, and fractional CO₂ laser, radiofrequency microneedling (RF), chemical peels and cryotherapy for skin rejuvenation. She treats acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, viral skin infections, fungal and bacterial skin infections, urticaria, vitiligo, hyperhidrosis, hair and nail disorders, scars (hypertrophic/ keloid), skin lesions, bullous diseases and systemic disease-related dermatoses.

During her leisure hours, she likes reading up on medical and scientific research and enjoys cooking and exploring healthy recipes. She is quite creative and indulges in DIY projects and handmade crafts. She speaks Arabic and English.
