Ms. Kim Grace V Icay

Ms. Kim Grace V  Icay is a Registered Nurse And Laser Technician in the Department of Laser–dermatology at the Khawaneej branch of Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Gabriel College in the Philippines. She is a Certified Laser Technician (Diploma Holder) from the Sharjah University of Laser Training And Research Center (Sultarc). She is a member of the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA).

Ms. Icay started her career as a Staff Nurse with the Aklan Cooperative Mission Hospital in the Philippines and then as a Clinic Nurse cum Medical Secretary at Saint Claire Women’s Clinic. She relocated to the UAE to practice as a licensed Nurse at Emirates Home Nursing and then at the Al Massa Polyclinic. She was a Charge Nurse at the Healthline Medical Center in Abu Dhabi. After having qualified herself as a Laser Therapist, she worked at Clinica Joelle for a couple of years. After that, she joined Icare Multi Specialty Clinics (An Emirates Healthcare Company and then returned to Clinica Joelle for a short spell.

As an experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry, Ms. Icay is skilled in Nursing, Laser Therapy, and Aesthetics as well as Microsoft Office. She is proficient in laser hair removal, laser hair bleaching, and treating oily, congested, dull and dehydrated skin. She has successfully treated patients with comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), enlarged, open and clogged pores, blemishes, pigmentation, sun-damaged skin, age spots,  acne, acne scars, uneven skin tone and texture, fine lines, superficial wrinkles, excessive and unwanted body hair and unwanted vellus hair.  She uses Carbon Laser, Hydrafacial, Hydrabeauty, Microdermabrasion, Mesotherapy, Microneedling Rf, Chemical Peeling, and IV infusion.

In her spare time, she loves cooking, watching movies and running the Marathon. She speaks Arabic, English and Tagalog.
