Ms. Carole Semaan

Dr. Carole Semaan is a Beauty Therapist in the Department of Dermatology & Aesthetics at the Jumeirah branch of Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and caring for people with chronic diseases from IBIU University, London UK and an MSc. in Biology from Syria. Thereafter, she qualified herself further by earning a Doctorate in Non-surgical Cosmetics and Anti-ageing Skincare from IBIU University, London, UK and a Diploma in Beauty Therapy from Syria. She is an Aesthetic trainer and is CBD-certified.

Dr. Semaan commenced her career as a Demonstrator and then as a Beauty Therapist at Tishreen in Syria. Moving to the UAE, she became the Official Representative for Skincare Cosmetics at the renowned Dr. Jules Nabet Clinic and a Beauty Therapist at the Sea and Salt Clinic. She spent some time as an Aesthetic trainer at SEEDS Arab, a  professional management development organization in Dubai. Before joining Medcare she was an exclusive Ambassador and Trainer at Philip Martin's Academy and a Beauty Therapist at the Doctor Beauty and Platinum Medical Center.

Dr. Semaan’s area of expertise covers anti-ageing procedures, hair loss treatments, acne treatments, scars, and acne scars treatments using the latest techniques in her field. She uses skin quality injectables, biostimulant injectables, laser treatments, radiofrequency, micro-needling, chemical peels, mesotherapy and exosome therapy. She has successfully treated patients suffering from acne and rosacea, pigmentation issues like melasma, PIH and freckles, skin infections like herpes, folliculitis and furunculosis, skin ageing problems like thinning, photo-ageing and wrinkling,  alopecia and double chin correction.

During her spare time, Dr. Semaan likes to de-stress by dancing and listening to music. She speaks both English and Arabic.
