Dr. Alia Al Mualla

Dr. Alia Al Mualla is a Consultant in Dermatology at Medcare Women and Children Hospital. She completed her MBBS from the University of Punjab in Pakistan, followed by a Diploma and Master of Science in Dermatology from Cardiff University in the UK. Additionally, she holds an Arab Board Specialisation in Dermatology and Venereology from Syria and an Executive Master's of Health Care Administration degree (EMHCA) from Zayed University in the UAE.

Dr. Al Mualla is both a skilled and reputable Dermatologist, and she has spent more than two decades working in the UAE in this field. She began her medical career as a Senior House Officer and later a Specialist Registrar at Rashid Hospital, DHA, Dubai. Subsequently, she became a Specialist Senior Registrar and then the Director of Dermatology Residency Programme, also at Rashid Hospital. She also served as a Consultant at the Dermatology and Aesthetic Centre at Rashid Hospital, DHA, Dubai, before joining Medcare.

Dr. Al Mualla’s expertise covers all aspects of aesthetic, medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She is proficient in diagnosing and treating skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer, as well as bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, and vitiligo. She uses the latest treatment methods, including Botox, fillers, and laser treatments.

She speaks Arabic and English.
