Dr. Wesam Wahid Khalil

Dr. Wesam Wahid Khalil is a Specialist in Cardiology at Medcare Royal Speciality Hospital. He completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, one of the region’s most renowned medical institutions. He also holds an MSc degree in Cardiovascular Disease from Ain Shams University, Egypt. Here, he had the opportunity to complete extensive, rigorous specialty training in Cardiology at Ain Shams University Hospital, one of the largest and busiest tertiary referral hospitals in Egypt. This high-volume institution provided Dr. Khalil with unparalleled experience in diagnosing and treating the most complex, diverse, and advanced cardiac cases. He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), UK.
With over a decade of cardiology experience, specialising in echocardiography, stress ECG, and Holter monitoring, Dr. Khalil brings a wealth of clinical excellence, evidence-based treatment and a deeply patient-centred philosophy to his team. He started his career in Egypt and later moved to the UAE to join the Prime Medical Centre.
Dr. Khalil skillfully manages the full spectrum of cardiovascular medicine, whether a sudden cardiac crisis or guiding a patient through long-term wellness.
